No-Refund Policy.

SootyEdge is a digital software and educational product. Once payment is processed and access credentials are issued — TradingView indicator invite, Inner Circle Discord invite, or both — the product is delivered in full. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

All Sales Are Final

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a digital product. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason except where required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Why

• Immediate digital delivery. TradingView indicator access is provisioned automatically and cannot be "returned" once granted.
• Full disclosure pre-purchase. The complete feature set, screenshots, and requirements are published openly on sootyedge.com. Evaluate the product before subscribing.
• Real-time consumed content. Inner Circle includes live trade breakdowns, daily market context, and community access — consumed in real time and not returnable.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your confirmation email. Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund payments already made. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Failed Payment

If a renewal payment fails, access is automatically suspended. You can update your payment method in the Stripe portal and reactivate at any time. We do not bill for periods during which access was suspended.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a non-refundable digital product after acknowledging this policy at checkout constitutes fraud. We dispute all such chargebacks with full documentation. Chargeback filings result in permanent revocation of access to all SootyEdge products and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Exceptions

We do not refund for: buyer's remorse, change of mind, lack of profitability, technical issues on your end (TradingView account problems, broker rejections, connectivity outages), or any reason not explicitly required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Trading Risk Acknowledgement

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. SootyEdge does not guarantee profitability and accepts no responsibility for your trading outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, position sizing, and risk management.
